Strategic initiative work is structured as a finite engagement. We agree on the question to be answered, the work to be undertaken, and the deliverable before the engagement begins. Depending on the assignment, the final product may be a feasibility assessment, concept paper, implementation roadmap, proposal, or other written plan.

Pricing

Proposal Development & Strategic Initiative engagements start at $2,500. Final pricing is based on the complexity of the assignment, research requirements, number of stakeholders or partners involved, and the scope of the final deliverable.
