Grant Management, Compliance & Reporting
Winning the grant is only the beginning.

Grant funding comes with obligations
mo:) helps organizations stay ahead of reporting deadlines, documentation requirements, compliance responsibilities, and renewal cycles so the award remains an asset rather than becoming an administrative burden.
What we manage
Depending on the award, support may include:
Reporting calendars, deadlines, and required submissions
Programmatic and financial documentation requirements
Data collection requests and impact reporting
Narrative reports, progress updates, and funder communications
Compliance tracking, including applicable federal requirements such as 2 CFR Part 200
Renewal cycles, closeout requirements, and preparation for future funding
Government & Federally Funded Programs
mo:) is available for independent contract and subcontract assignments supporting federal, state, and local government agencies, prime contractors, and organizations administering public funds. Our experience includes federal grant requirements, 2 CFR Part 200 compliance, documentation and reporting, audit readiness, and translating award requirements into workable administrative processes.
Engagements are remote-first. Project-related travel is available when needed, with travel requirements, per diem, and expenses established in the scope of work.
What we need from you
Accurate reporting depends on accurate information. Your organization remains responsible for providing complete, timely programmatic and financial information, along with access to the documents needed to satisfy funder requirements. mo:) organizes, reviews, reconciles, and presents what is provided, but we can’t report information we don’t have.
How it works
Grant management can be structured as a finite engagement or ongoing maintenance agreement, depending on the award. We define the grants or funds covered, reporting responsibilities, required access, communication expectations, and deliverables before work begins.
For longer-term agreements, the scope remains limited to the identified awards and their reporting, compliance, renewal, and closeout requirements.
Pricing
Ongoing grant management agreements start at $1,500 per month, following an initial award review and onboarding engagement. Pricing is based on the number, complexity, and reporting requirements of the grants or funds being managed.
Fixed-fee support is also available for individual reports, compliance reviews, renewals, and grant closeout.
