Meg Olhasque Services, mo:) for short, started in 2009 to make experienced grantwriting support accessible to organizations that couldn’t afford to keep that expertise in-house.

The work has expanded considerably since then. Today, mo:) supports organizations with capacity assessment, grant development and management, proposal development, strategic initiatives, and the writing and documentation that hold those pieces together.

Who we’re here for

We’re especially drawn to nonprofits, social enterprises, minority-owned small businesses, and public-sector organizations doing important work without the staffing depth larger institutions often take for granted.

For us, equity is practical. It means helping organizations gain access to the expertise, funding, systems, and language they need to compete on stronger footing.

Our founder, Meg Olhasque, brings decades of business development, writing, research, and project strategy experience to each engagement. When an assignment requires additional expertise, we draw from a trusted network of subject-matter specialists rather than carrying permanent overhead our clients ultimately have to pay for.

That keeps the work flexible, focused, and appropriately scaled.

What matters to us

We’re interested in useful outcomes, not making ourselves indispensable.

Our job is to help clarify the objective, identify what’s missing, build what’s needed, and move the work forward. Whenever possible, we leave behind stronger systems, clearer documentation, and a more capable organization than the one we entered.

We want to be a catalyst for change, not another layer of process.
