What we need from you

Successful grant development depends on timely access to accurate information. Your organization is responsible for providing the program, financial, governance, and impact information needed to support the application, along with a designated point of contact who can answer questions and approve final content.

If significant gaps emerge, we may recommend a Capacity & Readiness Assessment before proceeding.

How it works

Each grantwriting assignment is a finite engagement tied to a specific opportunity and agreed scope of work. Before accepting the assignment, we review the funder’s requirements, deadline, organizational readiness, and the materials already available. If the scope changes substantially after work begins, we’ll address that before undertaking the additional work.

Pricing

Grantwriting engagements are priced by project, not as a percentage of the award. Pricing reflects the complexity of the opportunity, application requirements, available preparation time, and the condition of the materials provided by the organization.

Grantwriting starts at $1,500. Complex state, local, federal, and multi-partner applications are quoted individually.
