Capacity & Readiness Assessment
Know what you have before deciding what you need.
Know what you have before deciding what you need.
Before mo:) recommends a solution, we want to understand what’s already in place.
We review existing staff capacity, systems, documentation, partnerships, deadlines, and available resources, then identify the gaps most likely to affect successful execution.
What you’ll leave with
The assessment results in a concise written roadmap: what’s already usable, what’s missing or likely to slow execution, practical workarounds where appropriate, and the next steps required before mo:) or anyone else begins the work. If the organization isn’t ready to proceed, we’ll say so.
What we review
Depending on the assignment, we may look at:
Staff capacity and responsibility for key tasks
Existing systems, documentation, data, and reporting processes
Available partners, vendors, and other resources
Deadlines, funding requirements, and compliance obligations
Known barriers, missing pieces, and dependencies that could affect execution
How it works
A Capacity & Readiness Assessment is a finite engagement. Before work begins, we agree on what will be reviewed, what you need from us, and what we need from you. At completion, you’ll receive written findings and recommendations. Any implementation, proposal development, grantwriting, or other follow-on work is scoped and priced separately.
Pricing
Capacity & Readiness Assessments start at $950. Final pricing is based on the scope of the review and the size and complexity of the organization.
