Due to high demand, we’re not accepting new grantwriting projects for the remainder of 2025.

We’ll reopen availability toward the end of the year. In the meantime, we hope our Preparing for Grantwriting Success guide is helpful.

Grant funding can be transformational—but it’s not guaranteed. Even with a compelling project and well-matched funder, success ultimately lies with the grantmaker.

A skilled grant writer can align your goals with funder priorities, structure a clear narrative, and avoid common pitfalls—but no one can promise an award.

Pricing

$35/hour, 10-hour minimum, for well-prepared organizations. All pricing is in USD
